Welcome to Chandada. By using our website and purchasing our curated hampers, you agree to the following terms. We strive to provide the luxury of choice with the convenience of premium care.

1. Delivery & Fulfillment (Harare)

We take pride in our efficiency. Our delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed and paid for by 1:00 PM CAT will be delivered the following business day within Harare.
  • The 48-Hour Promise: For larger orders (up to 50 hampers), we guarantee delivery within 48 hours, regardless of the time the order was placed.
  • Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding 50 hampers may require additional processing time. Please contact our Concierge team for a customized delivery schedule.
  • Service Area: Currently, door-to-door delivery is exclusive to Harare. Delivery fees are calculated based on the specific delivery location and will be added at checkout.

2. The Chandada Affiliate & Loyalty Program

We value our community. Our “Dollar-Back” program is designed to reward your loyalty:

  • Earning: For every successful order placed and checked out, you earn $1.00 in store credit.
  • Redemption: Credits are redeemable once they cover the full cost of a product. (e.g., $32.00 in credit can be redeemed for a $32.00 Homemaker Hamper).
  • Limitations: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for physical cash.

3. Order Accuracy & Substitutions

Because we deal with curated provisions and groceries:

  • Availability: All items are subject to availability.
  • Substitutions: In the rare event that a specific brand or item in a hamper is unavailable, Chandada reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value that maintains the quality of the curated experience.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Payment Requirement: Delivery timelines (Next-Day/48-Hour) commence only once full payment has been confirmed.
  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD get in touch with our team for ZiG equivalent prices.

5. Boarding School & Specialized Hampers

  • Tuck/Stationery: When ordering for students, please ensure all recipient details (School Name, House, Student Name) are 100% accurate. Chandada is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect school security or administrative protocols.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of grocery items, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods once delivery is accepted.
  • Damages: If a hamper arrives damaged, please notify our delivery team immediately or contact us within 2 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for a replacement or credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chandada provides a service of convenience. While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, civil unrest, or unforeseen logistical interruptions beyond our control.

8. Professional Conduct & Safety

At Chandada, we believe in “Premium Care”—which extends to our staff as well as our customers.

  • Mutual Respect: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts of any individual who displays abusive, threatening, or harassed behavior toward our sales team, concierge staff, or delivery partners.
  • Delivery Safety: Our drivers reserve the right to decline delivery to locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative meeting point.


9. Privacy & Data Integrity

Authenticity is the core of our brand, and that includes how we handle your personal information.

  • Our Commitment: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Usage: Your data (name, address, and contact number) is used solely to process your orders, facilitate deliveries, and improve your shopping experience.
  • Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to ensure your transaction details and personal identity remain confidential.

10. Alcohol & Age-Restricted Items

Some of our curated hampers may contain wine, spirits, or other age-restricted products.

  • Age Verification: By purchasing a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Recipient Verification: Our delivery team is legally required to verify the age of the recipient. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of alcohol if the person receiving the order cannot provide valid proof of age. In such instances, the alcohol component will be returned to our warehouse for collection by an adult.

11. Gift Message & Content

When personalizing your hampers:

  • Appropriate Content: While we encourage heartfelt messages, we reserve the right to refuse to print or include gift notes that contain hate speech, profanity, or content that violates local laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

To remain a source of convenience in a changing market, Chandada reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to the website.
